Sun Valley Potato Growers, Inc. is an Idaho potato farmer cooperative. It was the first grower-owned potato cooperative in Idaho that owns and operates a packing and sales facility. The cooperative is located between Paul and Rupert in the heart of the best potato country in Idaho.

Sun Valley Potato Growers, Inc. has approximately 20 growers in Southern Idaho supplying approximately 280,000,000 lbs of Norkotah and Russet Burbank potatoes to the plant. The potatoes are then packed and sold on the fresh market. By owning their fresh pack processing plant, this cooperative creates a situation that brings the grower and the staff together to produce a premium product-the Idaho Potato.
